DILL DEVILED EGGS

In my household, we LOVE fresh herbs. A few years ago I mixed fresh dill into my Deviled Egg mixture…Can you say MAGIC!! My family and friends love this recipe. These deviled eggs are great for brunch, as an appetizer, or as a party food.

what you will need

  • 9 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1/4 cup mayo 
  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard
  • 1/4 cup sweet relish
  • pinch salt & pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. Fresh Dill (feel free to add more)

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

Slice the eggs in half lengthwise. Remove the yellow yolk and place them in a small mixing bowl. Mash the yolks with a fork, and toss with the mayo, dill, sweet relish, and mustard. Lightly season the mixture with salt and pepper.

Step 2

Spoon the yolk mixture into a sturdy ziplock bag. Clip the corner of the bag and pipe the mixture into each of the egg white holes. Sprinkle the tops with fresh dill for added garnish.
