Ultimate Superfood Smoothie

It’s hard to resist a freshly blended fruit smoothie. They’re sweet, cold, and packed with healthy ingredients. This recipe is perfect for women in their first trimester when you’re nauseous and can’t keep anything down. It is super easy to drink and contains ginger which helps soothing nausea.

what you will need
  • 1–1/2 cups Frozen organic berries 
  • 1 Organic banana
  • 2 Ginger Ice Cubes | My Recipe 
  • 1 Cup of Plain Yogurt
  • 1 Cup of Organic Orange Juice
  • Big handful of organic greens (I prefer kale) 
  • Garnished with flak Seeds

Step by Step Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend for 45 seconds. Feel free to add more or less of these ingredients. Enjoy!
